A.C.E.S.
will assess the needs of local area businesses through
needs assessment tools or SWOT analysis. From this
information, we will identify resources available to
assist you in expanding your business.
A.C.E.S.
will provide strategic planning sessions to organizations
seeking to develop new services or expand
their programs. We will provide on-site staff development
and training workshops to improve employee relationships
and workflow.
Training is available for agencies interested in
non-traditional job preparation and placement workshops
and procedures for effective case management and follow-up
services.
Consultants will meet with organizations needing to
identify funding streams for programs. We will prepare
proposals, letters of intent and research opportunities on
behalf of the organization.
Outside consultants from (DePaul and Jackson State
University) will evaluate the effectiveness of each
program quarterly.
